New Rector appointed to Ashtead
Former geologist Rev Dr Bob Kiteley has been appointed as the new Rector of Ashtead. Along with his wife Alison and two children Sarah and Andrew, he will move here early in the New Year.

On 27 September the church announced that Bishop John had appointed Bob Kiteley as the next Rector. Bob is currently vicar of St Michael's Church, Plas Newton, in Chester.

"I am looking forward to working with the church in Ashtead," said Bob. "I am not coming with a ready-made agenda but with an open heart and mind to discover what God wants to happen in Ashtead."

Don't throw it away

Toner cartridges from many computer printers and fax machines can be recycled. They are so valuable that charities can make money in the process.
