Ultimate Frisbee
"When first invited to play frisbee I did not understand how a game had been created around a flying disk, it seemed hard to imagine! Two and a half years later, and now playing once a week, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a fast and energetic game," says team member Glynn Trebble.
Run by Ashtead Parish Youth Team and meeting on Fridays from 7-8pm Ultimate Frisbee is played in the sports hall at Downsend School. It is hoped to build and enter a team in next year's junior nationals after winning this year's event. If you are interested in joining the High Flying Dragons and are between 13-19 years contact Ashtead Parish Youth Team on 813965.
