• Ashtead manor was bought as a wedding present (3 August 1889) for Pantia Ralli by his mother. Following his death in 1924 his wife, Arghiro, sold the manor house. Arghiro (Iannis) Sechiari 19 Sepeptember 1868, Marseille, France - 3 April 1959

• Pantia Ralli offered £6,500 in 1866 as a memorial to his father, a successful Greek merchant. And is remembered by his being the name of a ward at King's College Hospital
